in both cases.

Those who prefer to wear it low,

simply adjust the elastic band to lie on

the orange section.

So that the navel area is covered by the

green section and the pelvic area is covered

by the orange section.

DO NOT wear so that the green corresponds

to the pelvic area (lower belly).

The green should correspond to the

Umbilical area (the navel).
